NOMINATING YOUR FAVORITE
HOME CHEF IS SIMPLE:

   
1. Submit the nominee name, and contact information including address, daytime phone number and/or e-mail address.
   
2. Tell us in one short paragraph (100 words or less) why you
think the nominee is Jersey’s Best Home Chef.
   
3. Submit one (1) of your nominee’s best recipes in only one (1) of these three categories: appetizer, entree or dessert.
   
4. Remember to include your own contact information:
(name, address, daytime phone number and/or e-mail address), if you are not nominating yourself. We may have questions about your entry.
   
JUDGING CRITERIA: Our food experts will judge recipe
submissions based on:
  · Creativity
· Cooking from scratch
· Authenticity
· Fusion of cultures or techniques
· Use of real ingredients (Prepackaged ingredients such as canned soups, boxed cake mixes and frozen batters are discouraged).
   

WINNER SELECTION
· Inside Jersey’s food experts will select nine (9) finalists in total (three for appetizers, three for entrees and three for desserts), based on the recipes submitted.

· The finalists will be asked to bring their signature dishes to Inside Jersey’s kitchen, where they will be tasted and judged by a panel
